BILLING ARRANGEMENT ON SERVICE PROVIDED
The Firm has categorized services that will be provided to the client into two groups; these are Standard Services and Non-Standard services whereby billing on services will be based on these two categories.
A. Standard Services
The standard services provided by the Firm include;
- Providing Legal opinion on matters referred to the Firm by the client including conduct of legal research on relevant policies and any other sources of law and information depending with the matter at hand.
- Initiating or participating in negotiations involving the client with third parties.
- Reviewing of contracts and any other documents submitted to the firm by the client in protecting client’s interest. iv. Drafting of contracts and any other legal documents with exclusion of court pleadings at the request of the client.
- Provide other corporate legal services and in house legal counsel.
B .Non-Standard Services
The non-standard services provided by the Firm include;
- Litigation Services such as institution or defense of any Court action by the client, or the participation in any arbitration proceedings by the Firm on behalf of the Client shall be regarded as Non-Standard Services.
- The Non-standard services shall be subject to independent fees as per governing laws and as agreed between the Parties from time to time and the Firm shall provide the Client in advance with an estimate of fees and costs associated with any such litigation or arbitration/Negotiation.
- The said non-standard services shall only be undertaken by the Firm after the Client has agreed to the quoted fees provided by the Firm in advance as per the above clause.
