Dr. Theresia is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, experienced in international trade and business law expert with many years of experience advising on board range of commercial transactions and multi-jurisdiction projects.

Her practice involves the representation of for-profit and not-for-profit businesses and individuals in matters relating to commercial, mining, oil and gas, corporative societies, banking, contracts, real estate purchase, sale and leases, asset purchases, business mergers, construction, creation of new entities and development and documentation of financial relations. Theresia spends a significant amount of time counseling clients regarding business decision and their legal impacts. A portion of Theresia’s practice is built on her being a seasonal lecturer at Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College where she lectures on administrative law, international trade and investment law, and oil and gas law.

Education History:

Theresia holds a Ph.D. in Law from St. Augustine University of Tanzania specializing in local content compliance law in the mining industry in Tanzania vis-à-vis international trade and investment law, LLM from Western Cape University South Africa, and LLB from St. Augustine University of Tanzania.
